Refund policy

All of our products are made-to-order (Print on Demand). Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

  • You must provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

How to Submit a Claim

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos of the product

⚠️ Claims without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Returns

In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to made-to-order (Print on Demand) products.

Refunds

  • Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
